Peter started his career in real estate development during the late 1960s, after graduating with a degree in finance. His institutional experience included being Assets Manager for Chase Manhattan Mortgage and Realty Trust, and Divisional Vice President of Real Estate for Republic National Bank. In the private sector, he has developed, marketed and managed both commercial and residential properties.

As a leading residential broker, Peter was honored by The New Jersey Association of Realtors as "Realtor of the Year" in recognition of his significant contributions to both his community and the real estate industry. He has been certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Professional Standards Instructor and has also been an instructor for the Graduate Realtor's Institute (GRI).

He has held numerous positions within the Realtor community, including being President of both the regional MLS and Board of Realtors, Director of the New Jersey Association of Realtors, and Chairman of Professional Standards.
