Founding Partner of Marron Gildea. Peter Marron started his career in real estate development during the late 1960s, after graduating from Boston University with a degree in finance. His extensive institutional real estate experience included Assets Manager of Chase Manhattan Mortgage and Realty Trust, and Divisional Vice President of Real Estate for Republic National Bank. In the private real estate sector, he has developed, marketed, managed, and brokered both commercial and residential properties in the greater New York and New Jersey metropolitan area.
As a leading residential broker in Bergen County, Peter was highly honored by The New Jersey Association of Realtors as "Realtor of the Year" in recognition of his significant contributions to both his community and the real estate industry. He has been certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Professional Standards Instructor a trained mediator by The American Abritration Associaton, and has also been an instructor for the Graduate Realtor's Institute (GRI) of the National Association of Realtors.
He has held numerous positions within the Realtor community, including being President of both the regional Multiple Listing Service and Board of Realtors, a Director of the New Jersey Association of Realtors, and Chairman of New Jersey Association of Realtors State Professional Standards Committee.
