President of Marron Gildea & Donohue Realtors since 1981, Chip takes pride in the outstanding reputation MG & D enjoys. He believes the strong reputation is due to the personal attention he and the sales associates take to help their clients achieve their goals using their "hands on" approach throughout each transaction. As President, Chip also has responsibility for managing the day to day operations of the firm.
Chip has been in the real estate business since 1972, and holds several professional designations. He is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Graduate of the Realtor's Institute (GRI), a member of the Real Estate Brokerage Manager's Council (CRB) and is also actively involved with new construction and land development. Chip specializes in advising clients on local markets based on his expertise both as a broker and as a builder of over 20 local homes. Chip served on the Planning Board of Saddle River from 1987 to 1999 and recently finished his second term as a Saddle River Councilman. Chip is also very involved with the Chamber of Commerce in Ho-Ho-Kus and was a three term President of the organization.
Chip and his wife Lynn have lived in Saddle River for over 30 years. They are the proud grandparents of twins, children of their son Brian and his wife Mary who reside in the Philadelphia area. Their daughter Kristin and her husband Ryan Fox are Ho-Ho-Kus residents. Kristin holds her Brokers license with the firm and works out of both the Ridgewood and Ho-Ho-Kus offices.
